358- وتضع المادة 2-11 من القانون المدني حكما بأنه حيث يسيء شخص طبيعي استخدام المشروبات الكحولية، أو العقاقير أو المواد المخدرة أو السامة، يجوز للمحكمة أن تفرض قيودا على أهليته المدنية، بغض النظر عن جنسه أو سنه أو ظروفه الأخرى.

361. Article 1.80 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania provides that any transaction that fails to meet the requirements of mandatory legislative provisions shall be null and void.
