The author states that, according to article 381 of the Civil Procedure Code, a supervisory appeal is considered by a judge of the supervisory review court, who has a right to reject it without requesting the case file from the lower instance.

7.3 The author admits that article 378 of the Civil Procedure Code requires the courts to authenticate the copies of the contested decisions.

It also referred to the procedure stipulated in chapter 29 of the Civil Procedure Code for appealing the actions of public officials that infringe the rights of juridical persons.

5.3 The author denies the State party's claim that there were deficiencies in the association's documentation, contrary to article 50 of the Civil Procedure Code.
