136- يقرر إطلاقَ عملية اختيار الجهة المضيفة لمركز تكنولوجيا المناخ عند اختتام الدورة السابعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف وإجراءها بطريقة علنية وشفافة وعادلة ومحايدة وفقاً للعملية المبينة في هذا المقرر، واسترشاداً بممارسات الأمم المتحدة، لكي تصبح آلية التكنولوجيا كاملة التشغيل بحلول عام 2012؛
