Emphasizes that the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy is one of the priorities of the Convention, as appropriate and within the context of the 2010 - 2011 programme of work as adopted by the Parties at the ninth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 9);

11- يطلب كذلك من الأمين التنفيذي أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته العاشرة تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ استراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة.

37- كما طلب مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الأمانة، في الفقرة 9 من مقرره 4/م أ-9، أن تواصل بناء نُظم تتسم بالكفاءة لإدارة المعارف والوساطة في تقاسم المعرفة تكون بمثابة أدوات للتنفيذ الناجح لاستراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة.

Affirms that the successful implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy requires strategic partnerships among relevant groups including the Parties, the institutions and subsidiary bodies of the Convention, relevant agencies of the United Nations system and other strategic partners, media outlets and journalists' associations, as well as civil society groups;
4- يؤكد أن التنفيذ الناجح لاستراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة يتطلب وجود شراكات استراتيجية فيما بين المجموعات ذات الصلة، بما فيها الأطراف، ومؤسسات الاتفاقية وهيئاتها الفرعية، والوكالات ذات الصلة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من الشركاء الاستراتيجيين ووسائط الإعلام ورابطات الصحفيين، فضلاً عن مجموعات المجتمع المدني؛
