12- يتعيَّن على الأمانة، في غضون شهر واحد من سحب القرعة، أن تُبلّغ رسمياً الدولةَ الطرف المستعرَضة والدولتين الطرفين المستعرِضتين ببدء إجراء الاستعراض القُطري وبالمسائل الإجرائية ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك الجدول الزمني لتدريب الخبراء والجدول الزمني المؤقت للاستعراض القُطري.
