The draft resolution therefore requests the Secretary-General to provide the members of the Standing Advisory Committee with the necessary support for the implementation and smooth functioning of the Council for Peace and Security in Central Africa and of the Subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa.
لذلك يطلب مشروع القرار من الأمين العام أن يقدم لأعضاء اللجنة الاستشارية الدائمة الدعم الضروري لتأسيس مجلس السلام والأمن في وسط أفريقيا والمركز دون الإقليمي لحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية في وسط أفريقيا، ولتشغيلهما الفعلي بسلاسة.

The creation of the Council for Peace and Security in Central Africa is under way with the signing, by the heads of State or Government, on 24 February at Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, of the protocol regarding this Council and the mutual assistance pact.
