In the event of the Chairperson being the Head of Delegation, his or her right of participation in decisions of the Council of Members shall be exercised by another member of his or her delegation.
فإذا كان الرئيس المنتخب رئيساً لأحد الوفود، فيتولى ممارسة حقه في المشاركة في اتخاذ مقررات مجلس الأعضاء عضوٌ آخر من وفده.

In the event of the Vice-Chairperson being the Head of Delegation, the Vice-Chairperson shall have the right to participate in decisions of the Council of Members except when acting as Chairperson, in which case he or she shall delegate this right to another member of his or her delegation.
فإذا كان نائب الرئيس رئيساً لأحد الوفود فإنه يمارس حقه في المشاركة في اتخاذ مقررات مجلس الأعضاء إلا حين يضطلع بوظيفة الرئيس، فيفوّض في هذا الحالة عضو آخر من وفده بهذا الحق.

Any collaborative agreement established between the International Olive Council and the aforementioned international organizations or institutions shall receive the prior approval of the Council of Members.

The right of the debtor Member to participate in decisions of the Council of Members and to hold elective office in the Council of Members and its committees and subcommittees shall be suspended automatically until the contribution is paid in full.
