7. In operative paragraph 9 of its resolution 9/2, the Council requested the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare inputs to contribute to the elaboration of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to the further development of guidelines, standards, norms and principles with a view to promoting and protecting that right.

Reiterates its requests to the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare, in close cooperation with the independent expert, inputs to contribute to the elaboration of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity, and to the further development of guidelines, standards, norms and principles with a view to promoting and protecting this right;
14 - يكرر طلبه إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تعدّ، بالتعاون الوثيق مع الخبير المستقل، مدخلات تسهم بها في صياغة مشروع الإعلان المتعلق بحق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن تمضي في وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومعايير وقواعد ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز هذا الحق وحمايته؛

A reference to the Declaration on the Right to Development should be included in the text of the draft declaration on the right to peace, which could eventually be reinforced in order to be more precise and robust on this important matter.
وينبغي إيراد إشارة إلى الإعلان بشأن الحق في التنمية في نص مشروع الإعلان بشأن الحق في السلام، ويمكن في نهاية الأمر تعزيز مشروع الإعلان ليكون أكثر دقة وصلابة بشأن هذه المسألة الهامة.

48. Tunisia welcomed the adoption of the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms, which buttressed the commitment of the international community to the strengthening of the rights of individuals.
٤٨ - وأردفت قائلة إن تونس ترحب باعتماد مشروع اﻹعلان بشأن حقوق ومسؤوليات اﻷفراد وفئات وأجهزة المجتمع إزاء تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها على نطاق عالمي، والذي يدعم التزام المجتمع الدولي بتعزيز حقوق اﻷفراد.

In this regard, the Council also requested the Independent Expert to conduct in-depth research and intensive consultations with a view to preparing and sharing with States and all other relevant stakeholders a preliminary text of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity.
وفي هذا الصدد، طلب المجلس أيضاً إلى الخبيرة المستقلة أن تجري بحوثاً معمقة ومشاورات مكثفة بغية إعداد نص أولي لمشروع الإعلان المتعلق بحق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وتبادل محتوى هذا النص مع الدول الأعضاء وسائر الجهات المعنية.

Peaceful advocates of human right protection should be viewed as important partners of Governments in promoting democracy and the rule of law. Accordingly, there was a need for early completion and adoption of the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms.
واعتبر أن الذين يدعون سلما لحماية حقوق اﻹنسان يجب أن يُنظر إليهم باعتبارهم شركاء هامين للحكومات في إعلاء شأن الديمقراطية وسيادة القانون؛ وبناء على ذلك، هناك حاجة إلى التعجيل في استكمال واعتماد مشروع اﻹعلان بشأن حقوق ومسؤوليات اﻷفراد والمجموعات وهيئات المجتمع، توخيا لتعزيز وحماية الحقوق اﻹنسانية والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها على نطاق العالم.

(d) To conduct in-depth research and intensive consultations with a view to preparing and sharing with Member States and all other relevant stakeholders a preliminary text of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity;
