IV. Limitations of the effectiveness evaluation
رابعاً - محدوديات تقييم الفعالية

The purpose of the effectiveness evaluation is to assess whether the Convention has succeeded in achieving its objective of protecting human health and the environment from persistent organic pollutants; to determine the effectiveness of the specific measures taken to implement the Convention in achieving this objective; and to identify ways to improve the effectiveness of the Convention.
9- الغرض من تقييم الفعالية هو تقييم ما إن كانت الاتفاقية قد نجحت في تحقيق هدفها، وهو حماية الصحة البشرية والبيئة من الملوثات العضوية الثابتة؛ وتحديد مدى فعالية التدابير الخاصة المتخذة لتنفيذ الاتفاقية من أجل تحقيق هدفها؛ وتحديد السبل لتحسين فعالية الاتفاقية.
