8. Under this item of the agenda, Dr. Alioune Sall, Executive Director of the African Futures Institute, presented the key findings and recommendations of the report on the evaluation of IDEP. He made the presentation in his capacity as member of the external review Panel set up by the Executive Secretary of ECA to undertake the evaluation.
