The Chief Consultant concluded that the reply of a member of the CEC dated 18 September 2007 was of an informative nature and that it did not transpire from the author's complaint of 8 October 2007 that articles 3, 4, 7 and 37 of the federal law on the election of deputies of the State Duma were applied in his specific case.
