The delegation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea wishes to recall the Final Document of the Fifteenth Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement, which reaffirmed that reform of the Security Council should ensure that the agenda of the Council reflects the needs and interests of both developing and developed countries, in an objective, rational, nonselective and non-arbitrary manner.
