Moreover, as the host of the Fifth International Conference of New or Restored Democracies in 2003, Mongolia reinforced its commitment to incorporating the fundamental principles of human security into its domestic policies and ratified the Ulaanbaatar Declaration on Democracy, Good Governance and Civil Society.
