ووافق الأعضاء بالتالي على أن الصيغة الحالية لتحديد الأهلية ينبغي أن تنقح بحيث تُسقط الإشارة إلى الحصول على أول درجة علمية معترف بها.

`٢` يسدد للقضاة مبلغ أقصاه ٠٠٠ ١٣ دولار عن التكاليف الفعلية لتعليم أولادهم المعوقين وذلك عن كل ولد لكل سنة دراسية حتى الحصول على أول درجة علمية معترف بها وأن تدفع لهم نفقات سفرة واحدة متصلة بذلك ذهابا وإيابا في السنة لكل ولد من مكان الدراسة، حين يكون خارج هولندا، إلى لاهاي؛
