1- تدين بشدة الانتهاكات الخطيرة المستمرة لحقوق الإنسان في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، وخاصة الاغتيال المأساوي للشيخ أحمد ياسين في 22 آذار/مارس 2004، الذي يشكل مخالفة لاتفاقية جنيف بشأن حماية الأشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب؛

1. Reiterates that all measures and actions taken by Israel, the occupying Power, in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, in violation of the relevant provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, and contrary to the relevant resolutions of the Security Council are illegal and have no validity;
1- يكرّر تأكيد أن جميع التدابير والإجراءات التي اتخذتها إسرائيل، سلطة الاحتلال، في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، منتهكةً بذلك الأحكام ذات الصلة من اتفاقية جنيف المتعلِّقة بحماية المدنيين في وقت الحرب، المؤرَّخة 12 آب/ أغسطس 1949، ومخالفةً بذلك قرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة، هي تدابير وإجراءات غير شرعية وباطلة؛

In 2011, 59 children from the West Bank were reportedly transferred to prisons inside Israel in contravention of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.
