منع وتقليل إساءة استعمال المخدرات بغية القضــاء على الطلب غير المشروع على المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية

Paragraphs 9 to 37 of the Declaration address issues related to the prevention and reduction of drug abuse with a view to elimination of the illicit demand for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to the treatment, rehabilitation and social reintegration of drug abusers.
وتعالج الفقرات ٩ إلى ٣٧ من اﻹعلان القضايا المتعلقة بمنع وتقليل الطلب غير المشروع على المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وعلاج الذين يسيئون استعمال المخدرات وإعادة تأهيلهم وإدماجهم في المجتمع.

UNDCP was also collaborating with Member States in developing a declaration on the principles of reduction of the illicit demand for drugs, which was to be submitted to the special session of the General Assembly on the question of narcotic drugs for adoption.

ثانيا - الوقاية من تعاطي المخدرات وخفضه بهدف القضاء على الطلب غير المشروع على المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية

The Global Programme of Action, in paragraphs 9 to 37, addresses issues related to the prevention and reduction of drug abuse with a view to elimination of the illicit demand for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to the treatment, rehabilitation and social reintegration of drug abusers.
ويتناول برنامج العمل العالمي، في الفقرات من ٩ إلى ٧٣، المسائل المتصلة بمنع إساءة استعمال المخدرات والحد منها بهدف القضاء على الطلب غير المشروع على المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وبمعالجة من يُسيئون استعمال المخدرات وتأهيلهم وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع.
