وتُمثل الاتفاقات الدولية والقواعد المقبولة عامة في القانون الدولي جزءاً لا يتجزأ من النظام القانوني الداخلي ولها الأسبقية على التشريعات الوطنية المنطبقة مباشرة.

Article 118, which described international agreements as “part of the internal legal order”, would tend to imply that they could not and that they could be brought up only before the ordinary courts.
فالمادة ٨١١ التي تصف الاتفاقات الدولية بأنها " جزء من النظام القانوني الداخلي " توحي بأن ذلك غير ممكن، وأنه لا يمكن تقديم شكاوى بشأن تلك الحقوق إلاّ أمام المحاكم العادية.

Accordingly, the Polish courts are obliged to interpret the reference made in Article 113 as extending to offences referred to in the resolution, also taking into account that the resolution was adopted by the Security Council acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, which obviously forms part of the internal legal order of Poland.

10- طبقاً للمادة 118 من الدستور، فإن المعاهدات الدولية التي جرى التصديق عليها طبقاً للدستور، تُعتبر جزءاً من النظام القانوني الداخلي لجمهورية مقدونيا ولا يمكن تغييرها بقانون ولا بتشريع.

Article 16 of the Constitution of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia provided that international treaties that were ratified and published in accordance with the Constitution, as well as generally accepted rules of international law, became an integral part of the internal legal order.
ونصَّت المادة 16 من دستور جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الاشتراكية السابقة على أنَّ المعاهدات الدولية المصدَّق عليها والمنشورة وفقاًً للدستور، وأحكام القانون الدولي المقبولة عموماً، تصبح جزءاً لا يتجزّأ من النظام القانوني الداخلي.

107. According to Article 118 of the Constitution, international agreements ratified in accordance with the Constitution are an integral part of the internal legal order and may not be amended by law.
107- وطبقاً للمادة 118 من الدستور فإن الاتفاقات الدولية التي جرى التصديق عليها وفقاً للدستور تشكِّل جزءاً لا يتجزأ من النظام القانوني الداخلي ولا يجوز تغييرها بقانون.

It explicitly declared that it would fulfil in good faith the obligations contained in international treaties to which it is a State party and that those treaties, including generally accepted rules of international law, are an integral part of the internal legal order (art. 16).

Restrictive measures imposed by the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions are implemented further to obligations assumed on the basis of the Charter of the United Nations, as an international treaty which, pursuant to the provisions of article 140 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, is considered to be part of the internal legal order of the Republic of Croatia and above domestic law in terms of legal effects.
