3. The means at the disposal of the Israeli armed forces

46. From the facts ascertained in all the above cases, the Mission finds that the conduct of the Israeli armed forces constitutes grave breaches of the Fourth Geneva Convention in respect of wilful killings and wilfully causing great suffering to protected persons and, as such, give rise to individual criminal responsibility.
46- وتخلص البعثة، استناداً إلى الوقائع المتحقَّق منها في جميع هذه الحالات المذكورة أعلاه، إلى أن سلوك القوات المسلحة الإسرائيلية يشكل خرقاً خطيراً لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة من حيث القتل العمد والتسبب عمداً في إحداث معاناة كبيرة للأشخاص المحميين وعلى ذلك فإنه يُنشئ المسؤولية الجنائية الفردية.

(d) Treatment of Palestinians in the hands of the Israeli armed forces

The Mission received a submission from a colonel of the reserve of the Israeli armed forces that seeks to illuminate the " combat principles " of Palestinian armed groups.

675- وتلاحظ البعثة أن بيان القوات المسلحة الإسرائيلية الذي صدر في 22 نيسان/أبريل لا يشير إلى المكان الذي جاءت منه نيران حماس، لكنه يذكر فقط أنها كانت على بعد 80 مترا.
