The General Assembly noted the ongoing work of the liaison group of the secretariats and officers of the relevant subsidiary bodies of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification and the Convention on Biological Diversity, and encouraged continuing cooperation to promote complementarities among the three secretariats while respecting their independent legal status.
ولاحظت الجمعية العامة الأعمال الجارية التي يقوم بها فريق الاتصال التابع لأمانات اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ، واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر، واتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي، وموظفو الهيئات الفرعية ذات الصلة بها، وأعربت عن تشجيعها على مواصلة التعاون من أجل تعزيز أوجه التكامل بين الأمانات الثلاث، مع احترام المركز القانوني المستقل لكل منها.

25. With regard to the issue of cooperation with other conventions and international organizations, the Conference, in its decision VII/26, welcomed the support of the General Assembly, in its resolution 58/212, for the ongoing work of the liaison group of the secretariats and the relevant subsidiary bodies of the Framework Convention, the Convention to Combat Desertification and the Convention on Biological Diversity.
25 - وفي ما يتعلق بمسألة التعاون مع اتفاقيات ومنظمات دولية أخرى، رحب المؤتمر، في مقرره 7/26 بالدعم الذي قدمته الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 58/212، للعمل الذي يقوم به فريق الاتصال التابع للأمانات والهيئات الفرعية ذات الصلة التابعة لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية واتفاقية مكافحة التصحر واتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي.
