If the licence is transferable and the licensee transfers it, the transferee will take the licence subject to the terms and conditions of the licence agreement.
وإذا كانت الرخصة قابلة للنقل ونقَلها المرخَّصُ له، أخذ المنقول إليه هذه الرخصةَ رهناً بأحكام اتفاق الترخيص وشروطه.

In the case of one licence agreement, continuation or rejection of the licence agreement by the insolvency representative of one party will affect the rights of the other party.
