In response to these requests, the present report outlines developments in the UNCRO mission area since 1 May 1995, reports on the implementation of resolution 994 (1995) and on the modalities for the implementation of the UNCRO mandate with particular reference to Sector West and provides an initial assessment of the humanitarian situation of the local Serb population in Sector West, including the problem of refugees.
