7. Reiterates that the damaging exploitation and plundering of the marine and other natural resources of colonial and Non-Self-Governing Territories by foreign economic interests, in violation of the relevant resolutions of the United Nations, is a threat to the integrity and prosperity of those Territories;
٧ - تكرر التأكيد على أن قيام المصالح الاقتصادية اﻷجنبية باستغلال الموارد البحرية وغيرها من الموارد الطبيعية لﻷقاليم المستعمرة وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي استغلالا ضارا ونهبها، مما يشكل انتهاكا لقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، يعتبران تهديدا لسلامة تلك اﻷقاليم ولازدهارها؛

(d) Illegal exploitation of the marine and other natural resources of the Territories and the need to utilize those resources for the benefit of the peoples of the Territories;
(د) الاستغلال غير المشروع للموارد البحرية والموارد الطبيعية الأخرى لهذه الأقاليم والحاجة إلى استخدام تلك الموارد لمنفعة شعوب الأقاليم؛

(d) Illegal exploitation of the marine and other natural resources of the Territories and the need to utilize those resources for the benefit of the peoples of the Territories;

They condemned those activities and in this regard reiterated that the exploitation and plundering of the marine and other natural resources of colonial and Non-Self-Governing Territories by foreign economic interests in violation of the United Nations Charter and the relevant resolutions of the United Nations is a threat to the integrity and prosperity of those territories.
وفي هذا السياق، كرروا التأكيد على قيام المصالح الاقتصادية الأجنبية باستغلال ونهب الموارد البحرية وغيرها من الموارد الطبيعية للمستعمرات والأقاليم التي لا تتمتع بحكم ذاتي خارقةً بذلك ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، الأمر الذي يشكل تهديدا لسلامة هذه الأقاليم وازدهارها.
