The Committee recommends that the State party introduce a compulsory paid maternity and paternity leave scheme and consider ratifying ILO Conventions No. 103 (1952) concerning Minimum Standards of Social Security and No. 183 (2000) concerning the Revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952.

9. At its 87th Session in June 1999 the International Labour Conference addressed the question of the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised) (No. 103), and Recommendation (No. 95), 1952.

Convention Concerning the Revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952 (ILO Convention 183); ratified on 1 March 2010, entered into force on 1 March 2011;

Since January 2011, Montenegro ratified International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No.183 (2000) concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952, which additionally protects women during maternity leave, in a way that it ensures that following the maternity leave they will return to their original job, or a suitable alternative position with the same salary.
101- منذ كانون الثاني/يناير 2011 صدَّق الجبل الأسود على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 183(2000) المتعلقة بتنقيح اتفاقية حماية الأمومة (المنقحة) لعام 1952، التي تضيف حماية إضافية للمرأة أثناء أجازة الأمومة بطريقة تكفل عودتها بعد أجازة الأمومة إلى وظيفتها الأصلية أو إلى مركز بديل مناسب بنفس المرتب.

In 2010 our country ratified the International Labour Organization Convention 156 concerning Equal Opportunities and Equal Treatment for Men and Women Workers: Workers with Family Responsibilities and the ILO Convention 183 concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952.
وفي عام 2010، صدق بلدنا على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 156 المتعلقة بتكافؤ الفرص والمساواة في المعاملة للعمال من الجنسين: العمال ذوو المسؤوليات العائلية وعلى اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 183 بشأن مراجعة اتفاقية حماية الأمومة (مراجعة)، 1952.

(c) Implement the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and the relevant World Health Assembly resolutions, including revitalizing the baby-friendly hospital initiative, and take steps to ratify ILO Convention No. 183 (2000) concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952; and
(ج) تنفيذ المدونة الدولية لتسويق بدائل لبن الأم لمنظمة الصحة العالمية وقرارات جمعية الصحة العالمية ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك إعادة تنشيط مبادرة المستشفيات الصديقة للطفل، واتخاذ خطوات للتصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 183(2000) المتعلقة بتنقيح اتفاقية حماية الأمومة (المنقحة)، لعام 1952؛

The ILO Convention concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised) (Convention No. 183), which was adopted in 2000, strengthens protection in the areas of health protection, maternity leave, employment protection and the provision of benefits.
كما أن اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بتنقيح اتفاقية حماية الأمومة (المنقّحة) (الاتفاقية رقم 183) التي اعتُمدت في عام 2000 تدعم الحماية في مجالات الحماية الصحية وإجازة الأمومة وحماية الاستخدام وتقديم المزايا.

(f) Accelerate efforts to implement the national breastfeeding policy and the implementation of the Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, including revitalizing the Breastfeeding Friendly Hospitals Initiative, and take steps to ratify ILO Convention concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952 (No.183); and
(و) تسريع الجهود المبذولة لتنفيذ السياسة الوطنية لتشجيع الرضاعة الطبيعية ولتنفيذ قانون تسويق بدائل حليب الأم، بما في ذلك إحياء مبادرة المستشفيات المشجِّعة على الرضاعة الطبيعية، واتخاذ خطوات للتصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية بشأن مراجعة اتفاقية حماية الأمومة (مراجعة)، 1952 (رقم 183)؛

On 19 July 2005, the Cabinet amended the relevant legislation (the Labour Act) and regulations to provide for 14 weeks' maternity leave entitlement for women instead of 12 weeks on full pay and to ratify International Labour Organization Convention No. 183, the Convention concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (revised).
في 19 تموز/يوليه 2005، عدّل مجلس الوزراء التشريع ذا الصلة (قانون العمل) واللوائح ذات الصلة لتـنـُص على تحـديـد إجازة الأمومة للنساء بــ 14 أسبوعا بدلا من 12 أسبوعا مدفوعة الأجر بكامله، وللتصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 183 الخاصة بتنقيح اتفاقية حماية الأمومة (المنقحة).
