وإذ تشير الى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الصادرة عن اجتماعات رؤساء هيئات المعاهدات المنشأة بموجب الصكوك المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، المعقودة في الفترة من ٨٨٩١ الى ٢٩٩١، وتأييد الجمعية ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان للتوصيات الهادفة الى تبسيط اجراءات تقديم التقارير وترشيدها وتحسينها بصورة أخرى،

6. Endorses the recommendations of the meetings of persons chairing the human rights treaty bodies on the need to ensure financing and adequate staffing resources for the operations of the treaty bodies and, with this in mind:
٦ - تؤيد توصيات اجتماعات رؤساء هيئات اﻹشراف على معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان بشأن ضرورة تأمين التمويل والموارد الكافية من الموظفين لعمليات هيئات اﻹشراف على المعاهدات، وإذ تضع هذا في الاعتبار:

٢١ - تؤيد توصيات اجتماعات رؤساء هيئات اﻹشراف على معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان بشأن ضرورة توفير التمويل والموارد الكافية من الموظفين لعمليات هيئات اﻹشراف على المعاهدات، وإذ تضع هذا في الاعتبار:
