These forces are seeking to diminish the prestige of the Russian Federation in the Transcaucasian region and of the Russian Co-Chairman of the Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE); their objective is to undermine the efforts to achieve a peaceful settlement.
