156. Non-State and intergovernmental actors mentioned in this section fall beyond the scope of the Monitoring Group's mandate: namely, regional and international organizations, aid agencies and private security companies.
156 - وتخرج الجهات الفاعلة من غير الدول والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية عن نطاق ولاية فريق الرصد: وبالتحديد، المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية، ووكالات المعونة والشركات الأمنية الخاصة.

(i) To submit, for the Security Council's consideration, through the Committee, a final report covering all the tasks set out above, no later than 15 days prior to the termination of the Monitoring Group's mandate.
(ط) تزويد المجلس، عن طريق اللجنة، وفي موعد يسبق انتهاء ولاية فريق الرصد بفترة لا تتجاوز 15 يوما، بتقرير نهائي كي ينظر فيه مجلس الأمن.

(m) To submit, for the Security Council's consideration, through the Committee, two final reports, one focusing on Somalia, the other on Eritrea, covering all the tasks set out above, no later than 15 days prior to the termination of the Monitoring Group's mandate.
