On behalf of my Government, I strongly protest against the continuing infringements of international air traffic regulations and the violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by Turkey and appeal for their immediate cessation.
وإني، باسم حكومة بلدي، أحتج بشدّة على استمرار خروقات تركيا لأنظمة المرور الجوي الدولية وانتهاكاتها للمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص وأدعوها إلى التوقف فورا عن ذلك.

During the last five days (22-27 December 1996), numerous violations of the national airspace of Cyprus have been recorded on a daily basis.
وقد سجلت على أساس يومي، خلال اﻷيام الخمسة الماضية )٢٢ إلى ٢٧ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٦(، انتهاكات عديدة للمجال الجوي الوطني لقبرص.

On 13 April 2005, two C-160 Turkish military aircraft entered the FIR of Nicosia, carrying out three violations of international air traffic regulations and three violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, as follows:
وفــي 13 نيسان/أبريـــل 2005، دخلت طائرتـــان عسكريتان تركيتان، من طراز C-160، منطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران، فارتكبت ثلاثة انتهاكات للأنظمة الدولية للملاحة الجوية وثلاثة انتهاكات للمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وذلك على النحو التالي:

There can be no doubt that in the event of the violation of the national airspace of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, similar preventive measures will be taken in exercise of the sovereign rights of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
ولا شك أنه في حالة انتهاك المجال الجوي الوطني للجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص، سوف تُتخذ تدابير وقائية مماثلة في سياق ممارسة الحقوق السيادية للجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص.

These new provocations involve recent violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and the flight information region of Nicosia, south of the ceasefire line, and flights of Turkish military aircraft over sensitive military areas of the Republic.
وتشمل هذه الأعمال الاستفزازية انتهاكات وقعت مؤخرا للمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص ومنطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران، وذلك جنوب خط وقف إطلاق النار، وتحليق طائرات عسكرية تركية فوق مناطق عسكرية حساسة في الجمهورية.

On 14 October 2005, two F-16 and four RF-4 Turkish military aircraft, flying in one formation, carried out two violations of international air traffic regulations and two violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus.
وفي 14 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2005، قامت ست طائرات عسكرية تركية، اثنتان من طراز F-16 و أربع من طراز RF-4، قادمة في تشكيل واحد، بانتهاكين لأنظمة الحركة الجوية الدولية وانتهاكين للمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص.

بناء علـى تعليمات مـن حكومتي وإلحاقـا برسالتي المؤرخة ٧ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٨، يشرفني أن أسترعي انتباهكم إلى انتهاك جديد للمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص ولمنطقة معلومات الطيران فـوق نيقوسيا ارتكبته طائرة عسكرية تابعـة للسلاح الجـوي التركـي وتـم تسجيله يـوم ١٣ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٨.

On 24 February, at 0944 hours, two Turkish F-4 military planes and one G-4 aircraft in violation of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and the Nicosia flight information region flew over the areas of the monastery of Ayios Andreas and the Solin Point, and then exited at 1037 hours, in a south-easterly direction.

Meanwhile, infringements of the Nicosia flight information region and violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus continue unabated.
وفي الوقت نفسه، لا تزال الخروقات لمنطقة نيقوسيا للمعلومات عن الطيران وانتهاكات المجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص مستمرة بلا هوادة.

Meanwhile, infringements and violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by the Nicosia flight information region continue unabated.
وفي الوقت نفسه، لا تزال الخروقات لمنطقة معلومات الطيران التابعة لنيقوسيا وانتهاكات المجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص متواصلة بلا هوادة.

Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to bring to your kind attention a recent violation of the national airspace of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus by a Greek Cypriot helicopter.
