That was reaffirmed by His Excellency Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka, in his message issued on the occasion of the observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, which I wish to quote.
وقد أعاد تأكيده فخامة السيد ماهيندا راجاباكسا، رئيس سري لانكا، في رسالته الصادرة بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوم الدولي للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني، والتي أود أن أقتبس عنها:

In this regard, I wish to quote the message from the President of Sri Lanka, His Excellency Mahinda Rajapaksa, a friend of the Palestinian people, issued on the occasion of the observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People:
