Recalling its resolution 45/260 of 3 May 1991 on the financing of the Observation Mission and its subsequent resolutions thereon, the latest of which was resolution 47/208 of 22 December 1992,
وإذ تشير الى قرارها ٤٥/٢٦٠ المؤرخ ٣ أيار/مايو ١٩٩١ بشأن تمويل بعثة المراقبة وقراراتها اللاحقة في هذا الصدد التي كان آخرها القرار ٤٧/٢٠٨ المؤرخ ٢٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٢،

Reaffirming that the costs of the Observation Mission are expenses of the Organization to be borne by Member States in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 2, of the Charter of the United Nations,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد أن تكاليف بعثة المراقبة هي نفقات للمنظمة ينبغي أن تتحملها الدول اﻷعضاء وفقا للفقرة ٢ من المادة ١٧ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة،

Reaffirming that the costs of the Observation Mission that are not covered by voluntary contributions are expenses of the Organization to be borne by Member States in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 2, of the Charter of the United Nations,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد أن تكاليف بعثة المراقبة التي لا تغطيها التبرعات هي نفقات للمنظمة تتحملها الدول اﻷعضاء وفقا للفقرة ٢ من المادة ١٧ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة،

" ١٦ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام اتخاذ جميع اﻹجراءات اللازمة لضمان ألا تستغل التبرعات المقدمة لتكاليف ميزانية بعثة المراقبة إلا وفقا للنظام المالي والقواعد المالية لﻷمم المتحدة؛ "
