In that regard, the World Conference to be held in South Africa in 2001 should provide the international community with a new opportunity to reaffirm its will to eliminate those evils, especially the discrimination, oppression and persecution inflicted upon the Arabs of the occupied Arab territories.
وفي هذا الصدد فإن المؤتمر العالمي الذي سينعقد بشأن هذا الموضوع في جنوب أفريقيا في عام 2001 يجب أن يتيح للمجتمع الدولي فرصة إعادة تأكيد رغبته في القضاء على هذه الآفات، ولا سيما التمييز والقمع والاضطهاد التي يتعرض لها العرب في الأراضي العربية المحتلة.

خامسا - حالة العمال العرب في اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة

Angola has always defended the right to self-determination of the people of Palestine and the restitution of the occupied Arab territories.
وقد دافعت أنغولا على الدوام عن حق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير المصير واستعادة اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة.

IV. SITUATION OF ARAB WORKERS of the occupied Arab territories
رابعا - حالة العمال العرب في اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة

The consolidation of the underpinnings of peace in the Middle East requires the achievement of concrete results in respect of the main issues - especially that of Al-Quds, which is part of the occupied Arab territories.
إن ترسيخ دعائم السلم في الشرق اﻷوسط يتطلب الوصول إلى نتائج ملموسة للقضايا الرئيسية وعلى رأسها القدس الشريف، باعتبارها جزءا من اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة.

The occupying Power was using all of its civil, military, governmental and non-governmental institutions for purposes of expansion and settlement and for the exploitation of the resources of the occupied Arab territories and the destruction of their environment.
فالمحتل بكافة مؤسساته المدنية والعسكرية وبكل هيئاته الحكومية واﻷهلية يمارس التوسع والاستيطان واستغلال موارد اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة وتدمير البيئة فيها.

كما تقوم إسرائيل بتدمير البيئة الطبيعية للأراضي العربية المحتلة من خلال قيامها بدفن النفايات النووية والسماح بتصريف النفايات الصناعية السامة من قبل المصانع الإسرائيلية في تلك الأراضي.

59. He expressed satisfaction at the achievements of the Working Group on the Elements of Crimes relating to war crimes and said that most delegations, including his own, attached special importance to identifying the elements of the war crime of the deportation or transfer of citizens, which was particularly relevant in the case of the occupied Arab territories.
