Spain considers UNCAC as the basis for mutual law enforcement cooperation in respect of the offences covered by the Convention.

1. Each State Party shall, to the extent necessary, initiate, develop or improve a specific training programme for its law enforcement personnel, including prosecutors, investigating magistrates and customs personnel, and other personnel charged with the prevention and control of the offences covered by this Convention.
١- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تعمل، قدر الضرورة، على إنشاء أو تطوير أو تحسين برنامج تدريب خاص للعاملين في أجهزتها المعنية بانفاذ القانون، بمن فيهم أعضاء النيابة العامة وقضاة التحقيق وموظفو الجمارك وغيرهم من العاملين المكلفين بمنع ومراقبة الجرائم المقررة في هذه الاتفاقية.

36. The Committee notes with concern that, under the Code of Criminal Procedure, some of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol are subject to short periods of prescription.

In particular, the Committee regrets the lack of State-run shelters, special psychological and psychiatric assistance and professional social services and the lack of training provided to professionals working with victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol.
وتأسف اللجنة بالتحديد بسبب نقص الملاجئ التي تديرها الدولة والمساعدة الخاصة النفسية والنفسانية والخدمات الاجتماعية المهنية والافتقار إلى التدريب المقدّم إلى المهنيين العاملين مع ضحايا الجرائم المذكورة في البروتوكول الاختياري.

Burkina Faso has not recorded any cases of extradition in relation to any of the offences covered by the Convention.

In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party strengthen and expand Isange One Stop Centre in other provinces and adopt specific measures for the reintegration of refugee and asylum-seeking child victims, who are especially vulnerable to becoming victims of the offences covered under the Optional Protocol.

Criminalization of the offences covered by the Convention and its Protocols is the first of the priority areas identified by the Conference in its decision 3/4, on the recommendations of the Working Group.
