That could only be achieved if they all, present and former Members alike, paid their assessed contributions on time and in full, hence the importance of the open-ended discussion group on timely payment of assessed contributions, which he hoped would put forward recommendations that could be implemented as swiftly as possible.
ولن يتسنى تحقيق ذلك إلا إذا سددت كلها ، الحالية والسابقة على السواء ، اشتراكاتها المقررة بالكامل وفي موعدها . ومن هنا تأتي أهمية فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بتسديد الاشتراكات المقررة في حينها ، والذي يأمل أنه سيتقدم بتوصيات يمكن تنفيذها بأسرع ما يمكن .

He commended the work done by the chairman of the open-ended discussion group on timely assessment of assessed contributions, and stressed that a solution must be found to the question of recovering arrears of contributions. He welcomed the proposal to introduce a system of performance indicators.
وامتدح عمل رئيس فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بسداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها ، وشدد على وجوب ايجاد حل لمسألة استرداد المتأخرات من الاشتراكات ، ورحب بالمقترح الخاص باستحداث نظام مؤشرات اﻷداء .
