2. Decides to implement a project with the overall objective of promoting the implementation of paragraph 15 (b) of the Overarching Policy Strategy of the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management with reference to relevant portions of the Global Plan of Action;

The terms of reference that follow are for a working group with a mandate to develop a proposal for an information system or framework of systems and actions, where appropriate, to promote the achievement of paragraph 15 (b) of the Overarching Policy Strategy of the Strategic Approach which states:
