٣١١- ينبغي أن تنفذ بالكامل التدابير والتوصيات المتفق عليها في استعراض منتصف المدة الشامل لتنفيذ برنامج العمل للتسعينات لصالح أقل البلدان نموا وذلك من أجل ضمان نجاح برنامج عمل باريس.

113. The measures and recommendations agreed upon at the Mid-Term Global Review on the Implementation of the Programme of Action for the LDCs for the 1990s should be fully implemented so as to ensure the success of the Paris Programme of Action.
٣١١- وينبغي أن تنفذ بالكامل التدابير والتوصيات المتفق عليها في الاستعراض الشامل في منتصف المدة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل للتسعينات لصالح أقل البلدان نموا وذلك من أجل ضمان نجاح برنامج عمل باريس.

55. The Conference of Ministers noted with concern the worsening socio-economic situation of the least developed countries, the majority of which were in Africa, and called upon Africa's development partners to intensify their efforts towards the implementation of the Paris Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries.
