7. To request the Methyl Bromide Technical Options Committee to evaluate the nominations referred to in paragraph 6 of the present decision:

18. Decides on the following basic guidelines for the allocation of resources under line 1.1.2 in paragraph 13 of the present decision:

If it were deemed desirable by States parties in the future, this unit could be bolstered by one or two other officers, but the intention of the present decision would be neither to create a burdensome administrative structure nor to conduct any work other than support to the Treaty.

To request the Meeting of the Parties to take into account information submitted pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 3 of the present decision when it considers permitting a Party to produce or consume methyl bromide for critical uses after 2006;

8. Decides that any designation of experts to serve in the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee shall be subject to the relevant provisions of paragraph 7 of the present decision.

3. Requests the Executive Director to report to the Governing Council at its eighteenth regular session on the issues referred to in paragraph 2 of the present decision.

5. Requests the Executive Director to include a report on the results of the examination of the issue referred to in paragraph 4 of the present decision in her report on the cleaner production programme to the Governing Council at its eighteenth regular session.
٥ - يطلب إل المديرة التنفيذية أن تدرج في تقريرها عن برنامج الانتاج اﻷنظف إلى مجلس اﻹدارة في دورته العادية الثامنة عشرة، تقريرا بشأن نتائج دراسة المسألة المشار إليها في الفقرة ٤ من هذا المقرر.

4. Requests the Programme to provide the information gathered as a result of the efforts referred to in paragraph 3 of the present decision to the Governments of the countries from which it has been collected;
٤ - يطلب من البرنامج أن يوفر المعلومات التي تم جمعها نتيجة للجهود المشار إليها في الفقرة ٣ من هذا المقرر لحكومات البلدان التي جمعت منها هذه المعلومات؛

(b) The elements listed in paragraph 6 of the present decision for a draft decision for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting;

3. That the determination in paragraph 1 of the present decision and the exceptions referred to in paragraph 2 of the present decision shall expire at the end of the Eighteenth Meeting of the Parties;

4. To request the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel to consider the uses and criteria referred to in paragraph 2 of the present decision in terms of the relevance of their application to laboratory and analytical critical uses of methyl bromide;

11. That any decision taken pursuant to paragraph 9 of the present decision should not prevent a Party from nominating a specific use under the critical use procedure set out in decision IX/6;
11 - أنه لا ينبغي لأي مقرر يتخذ وفقا للفقرة 9 من هذا المقرر أن يمنع طرفاً ما من تعيين استخدام محدد وفقا للإجراء المنصوص عليه في المقرر 9/6.

7. Requests the Secretariat to report on the implementation of the present decision to the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting.

The strategies could include for each sector, inter alia issues listed in Annex A of the present decision.

4. Requests the Executive Director to inform the Commission on Sustainable Development of the present decision.

Article 2: " In addition to the age criteria specified in article 1 of the present decision, the following conditions apply to participants in camel racing:

(v) To report periodically to the policymaking organs of UNIDO on the measures adopted in fulfilment of the present decision.

7. Requests the Executive Director to report to the Governing Council at its twenty-second session on progress in the implementation of the present decision.
7 - يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي أن يقدم تقريراً إلى المجلس في دورته الثانية والعشرين عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا المقرر.

(c) Decides that a copy of the present decision shall be sent to the author and to the State party.
(ج) تقرر إرسال نسخةٍ من القرار الحالي إلى كلٍ من صاحب البلاغ والدولة الطرف.
