Each valve shall have a taper threaded connection directly to the pressure receptacle and be capable of withstanding the test pressure of the pressure receptacle.

The owner of the pressure receptacle shall retain an identical record until the next periodic inspection and test unless the pressure receptacle is permanently removed from service. " .

If the sheathing is so closed as to be gas-tight (e.g. in the case of vacuum-insulation), a device shall be provided to prevent any dangerous pressure from developing in the insulating layer in the event of inadequate gas-tightness of the pressure receptacle or its fittings.

(أ) تكون لكل سدادة أو صمام وصلة محززة مستدقة بوعاء الضغط مباشرة ومتانة تكفل الصمود لضغط الاختبار في وعاء الضغط دون حدوث تلف أو تسرب؛

In instances where the competent authority that approves a body performing periodic inspection and test of a pressure receptacle is not the competent authority of the country approving the manufacture of the pressure receptacle, the marks of the approval country of periodic inspection and test shall be indicated in the pressure receptacle marking (see 6.2.2.7).
وإذا كانت السلطة المختصة التي تعتمد هيئة تقوم بالفحص الدوري والاختبار لأوعية الضغط ليست هي السلطة المختصة التي تعتمد صناعة أوعية الضغط في البلد يوضح بلد اعتماد الفحص الدوري والاختبار في علامات وعاء الضغط (انظر 6-2-2-7).

Pressure receptacle valves shall be designed and constructed in such a way that they are inherently able to withstand damage without release of the contents or shall be protected from damage which could cause inadvertent release of the contents of the pressure receptacle, by one of the methods as given in 4.1.6.1.8 (a) to (e).
وتصمم صمامات أوعية الضغط وتصنع بحيث تكون قادرة أساساً على تحمل أي تلف دون إطلاق محتويات الوعاء وتوفر لها الحماية من أي تلف يمكن أن يؤدي إلى إطلاق محتويات وعاء الضغط دون قصد، وذلك باستخدام إحدى الطرق الواردة في 4-1-6-1-8(أ) إلى (ه).

Reactive gases and gas mixtures shall be filled to a pressure such that if complete decomposition of the gas occurs, the working pressure of the pressure receptacle shall not be exceeded.
ويجب ملء الغازات التفاعلية ومخاليطها إلى ضغط معين يكفل، في حالة حدوث تحلل الغاز تحللاً كاملاً، عدم تجاوز الضغط العملي لوعاء الضغط.
