Mr. SOBHAN (Bangladesh), speaking on the development of Africa, the theme of the recent high-level segment of the Economic and Social Council, said that one of the priorities of the international community was the implementation of the United Nations New Agenda for the Development of Africa in the 1990s and the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the 1990s.
