C. The legal framework for the application of the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in the light of the Libyan legislation in force

The implementation of the provisions of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in the State of Kuwait falls under the mechanism outlined in article 70 of the constitution, which stipulates:
