2. Denunciation shall be without prejudice to the continued application of the provisions of the present Protocol to any communication submitted under articles 2 and 10 or to any procedure initiated under article 11 before the effective date of denunciation.
2- لا يخل النقض باستمرار انطباق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي بلاغ مقدم بموجب المادتين 2 و10 أو بأي إجراء يتخذ بموجب المادة 11 قبل تاريخ نفاذ النقض.

2. Denunciation shall be without prejudice to the continued application of the provisions of the present Protocol to any communication submitted under articles 2 and 9 or to any procedure initiated under article 10 before the effective date of denunciation.
2- لا يخل النقض باستمرار انطباق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي بلاغ مقدم بموجب المادتين 2 و9 أو بأي إجراء بدأ قبل تاريخ نفاذ النقض.

٢ - لا يخل التنصل باستمرار تطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي رسالة مقدمة بموجب المادة ٢ أو أي تحر ُشرع فيه بموجب المادة ٨ قبل تاريخ نفاذ التنصل.

Art. 19.2: Denunciation shall be without prejudice to the continued application of the provisions of the present Protocol to any communication submitted under article 2 or any inquiry initiated under article 8 before the effective date of denunciation.
المادة ١٩-٢: لا يمس الانسحاب باستمرار تطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أية رسالة مقدمة بموجب المادة ٢ أو أي استفسار مقدم بموجب المادة ٨ قبل تاريخ نفاذ الانسحاب.

2- لا يخل النقض باستمرار انطباق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي بلاغ مقدم بموجب المواد 6 أو 7 أو 15 أو أي تحرٍ يبدأ بموجب المادة 16 قبل تاريخ نفاذ النقض.

2. Denunciation shall be without prejudice to the continued application of the provisions of the present Protocol to any communication submitted under articles 5 or 12 or any inquiry initiated under article 13 before the effective date of denunciation.
2 - لا يخل النقض باستمرار انطباق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي بلاغ قدم بموجب المادة 5 أو المادة 12 أو بأي تحر بدأ بموجب المادة 13 قبل تاريخ نفاذ النقض.

13. In order to ensure the full and effective implementation of the provisions of the present Protocol, the Parties request the United Nations, through its Observer Mission in Tajikistan, to monitor the process of implementation of the agreements indicated above, and to provide expert advisory assistance and good offices at all the stages specified in the present Protocol.
١٣ - ومن أجل كفالة تنفيذ أحكام هذا البروتوكول تنفيذا تاما وفعالا، تطلب اﻷطراف الى اﻷمم المتحدة أن تقوم، عن طريق بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان، برصد عملية تنفيذ الاتفاقات الموضحة أعلاه، وأن تقدم المساعدة الاستشارية الفنية والمساعي الحميدة في كل المراحل المحددة في هذا البروتوكول. ت.
