1. Each State Party shall take all necessary legal, administrative and other measures to ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of the provisions of this Protocol within its jurisdiction.
1 - تتخذ كل دولة طرف جميع التدابير اللازمة القانونية والإدارية وغيرها من التدابير لكفالة فعالية تنفيذ وإعمال أحكام البروتوكول في نطاق ولايتها.

" ٢- لا يخل الانسحاب باستمرار سريان أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي بلاغ مقدم قبل تاريخ نفاذ الانسحاب.

“2. Denunciation shall be without prejudice to the continued application of the provisions of this Protocol to any communication submitted under article 2 or any inquiry initiated under article 8 before the effective date of denunciation.
" ٢ - لا يخل التنصل باستمرار تطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أي رسالة مقدمة بموجب المادة ٢، أو أي تحر شرع فيه بموجب المادة ٨ قبل تاريخ نفاذ التنصل.

Armed dissident groups shall be responsible to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in their activities which are violative of the provisions of this Protocol. "

5. The application of the provisions of this Protocol to parties to an armed conflict, which are not High Contracting Parties that have accepted this Protocol, shall not change their legal status or the legal status of a disputed territory, either explicitly or implicitly.
5- انطباق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أطراف نزاع ليست من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية التي قبلت هذا البروتوكول لا يغير، سواء صراحة أو ضمناً، مركزها القانوني أو المركز القانوني لإقليم متنازع عليه.

6- انطباق أحكام هذا البروتوكول على أطراف نزاع ليست من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية التي قبلت هذا البروتوكول لا يغير، سواء صراحة أو ضمناً، مركزها القانوني أو المركز القانوني لإقليم متنازع عليه.

In fulfilling its obligations under this Protocol, each High Contracting Party has the right to seek and receive assistance and each High Contracting Party in a position to do so shall provide assistance for the purpose of enhancing the implementation of the provisions of this Protocol.
يحق لكل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، في سياق وفائه بالتزاماته بموجب هذا البروتوكول، أن يلتمس المساعدة ويتلقاها، وعلى كل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية لديه القدرة على تقديم هذه المساعدة أن يقدّمها من أجل تعزيز تنفيذ أحكام هذا البروتوكول وفقاً لأحكام هذه المادة.

4. The High Contracting Parties undertake to consult each other and to cooperate with each other bilaterally, through the Secretary-General of the United Nations or through other appropriate international procedures, to resolve any problems that may arise with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Protocol.
4- تتعهد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بالتشاور والتعاون فيما بين الواحد منها والآخر بصورة ثنائية أو عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أو عن طريق إجراءات دولية مناسبة أخرى، من أجل حل أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول.
