This law consistently applies the principles of equality and equity of citizens, interwoven in the Constitution of the RM.

The average salary by incumbent is defined by the National Office of Statistics of the RM.
ويحدد مكتب الاحصاءات الحكومية في جمهورية مقدونيا متوسط راتب الشخص المستحق.

The Parliament of the RM elects and dismisses the Ombudsman by majority of votes of the total number of Members of the Parliament who belong to the communities, which are not the majority in the Republic of Macedonia.

Namely, pursuant to Article 4 of the Constitution of the RM " Citizens of the Republic of Macedonia have the citizenship of the Republic of Macedonia.
وعملا بالمادة 4 من دستور جمهورية مقدونيا على وجه الخصوص يتمتع " مواطنو جمهورية مقدونيا بجنسية جمهورية مقدونيا.

The Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia does not differentiate between men and women, but it rather speaks of the citizens of the RM, which leads to the conclusion that women have the same rights and obligations in relation to citizenship as men do.
ولا يفرق دستور جمهورية مقدونيا بين الرجل والمرأة ولكنه يتحدث عن مواطني جمهورية مقدونيا عوضا عن ذلك، ويستخلص من ذلك أن المرأة لها نفس الحقوق وعليها نفس الالتزامات المتعلقة بالجنسية مثل الرجل.

It becomes clear from above that the constitutional determinations for equality of the citizens of the RM in relation to citizenship are accepted and specified in the Law on the Citizenship of the Republic of Macedonia.
ويتضح مما ذكر آنفا أن التعريف الدستوري للمساواة بين مواطني جمهورية مقدونيا في ما يتعلق بالجنسية يلقى قبولا ويحدده قانون جنسية جمهورية مقدونيا.

It is also especially important that conclusion of a marriage between a foreign woman and a citizen of the RM, or a woman citizen of the RM and a foreign subject, or the change of husband's citizenship during marriage, do not cause any changes on the woman's citizenship.
ومن المهم بصفة خاصة كذلك أن إبرام الزواج بين امرأة أجنبية ومواطن من جمهورية مقدونيا أو بين مواطنة من جمهورية مقدونيا وأحد الرعايا الأجانب، أو تغيير جنسية الزوج أثناء الزواج، لا تحدث تغييرا في جنسية المرأة.

Maternity, children, and minors are protected under the Constitution of the RM (article 40 and 42).
وتتوفر الحماية للأمومة والطفولة والقصر بموجب دستور جمهورية مقدونيا (المادتان 40و42).

Being a part from the public dispute on proposed amendments for the Constitution of the RM, OOWM has prepared its own amendments, which were sent to the Constitution Committee.
وقد أعدت منظمة OOWM تعديلات وأرسلتها الى لجنة الدستور باعتبار ذلك جزءا من النقاش العام بشأن التعديلات المقترح إدخالها على دستور جمهورية مقدونيا.

In the diplomatic history of the RM, since gaining independence in 1991, no woman from the order of professional diplomats has acquired the appointment of ambassador.
وفي التاريخ الدبلوماسي لجمهورية مقدونيا منذ الحصول على الاستقلال عام 1991 لم تتقلد أي امرأة من سلك الدبلوماسيين المحترفين منصب السفير.

With respect to the above mentioned, it should be underlined that the special status of women, the respect for their personality and dignity are the reason for the Criminal Procedure Code ( " Official Gazette of the RM " no. 15/97 and 44/2002) to include special provision when certain investigative measures are taken in relation to women.
وفي ما يتعلق بما ذكر أعلاه ينبغي التركيز على أن الوضع الخاص للمرأة واحترام شخصيتها وكرامتها هما السبب في تضمين قانون الإجراءات الجنائية ( " الجريدة الرسمية لجمهورية مقدونيا " العددان رقم 15/ 97 و44/ 2002) حكما خاصا عند اتخاذ بعض تدابير التحقيق المتعلقة بالمرأة.
