It is interpreted that paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the said Convention will not prevent the child-parent separation resulting from any action allowed to be initiated by a State Party in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 9 of the said Convention, such as deportation, detention, or imprisonment of the child or one or both parents.
وتفسر الفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من الاتفاقية المذكورة بأنها لن تمنع انفصال الطفل عن والديه إذا كان ذلك الانفصال ناشئاً عن أي إجراء يسمح لدولة طرف ببدئه عملاً بالفقرة 4 من المادة 9 من الاتفاقية، مثل ترحيل أو احتجاز أو سجن أحد والدي الطفل أو كلاهما.

“The Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands has examined the modification of reservations made by Malaysia to articles 5 (a) and 16.1 (a) and paragraph 2 of the [said] Convention.
" درست حكومة مملكة هولندا التعديل المدخل على التحفظات التي أبدتها حكومة ماليزيا بشأن المادتين ٥ )أ( و ١٦-١ )أ( والفقرة ٢ من الاتفاقية ]المذكورة[.

6.4 In the case under consideration the Committee notes the statement of the National Immigration Board that the author was not entitled to asylum in accordance with the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees in view of the fact that he had admitted having committed the kind of crimes referred to in article 1 F of the said Convention.
٦-٤ في الحالة قيد النظر، تلاحظ اللجنة أنه في بيان مجلس الهجرة الوطني بأنه لا يحق لمقدم البلاغ الحصول على اللجوء وفقا للاتفاقية المتعلقة بمركز اللاجئين ﻷنه اعترف بأنه ارتكب نوعا من الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ١ واو من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

The relevant Articles 2, 15 and 18 of the said Convention are fully implemented through the Criminal Code, the Law on Criminal Procedure, the Anti-Money Laundering Law (whose amendments entered into force on 1 January 2004) and the Regulation on implementing the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
وتُنفذ المواد ذات الصلة 2 و 15 و 18 من الاتفاقية المذكورة تنفيذا تاما عن طريق القانون الجنائي وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية وقانون مكافحة غسل الأموال (الذي بدأ نفاذ تعديلاته في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2004) ولائحة تنفيذ قانون مكافحة غسل الأموال.

8.12 The complainants also underline that the obligation of the States under the European Convention on Human Rights goes well beyond mere criminal sanctions for private individuals who have committed acts contrary to article 3 of the said Convention.
8-12 ويؤكد أصحاب الشكوى أيضاً على أن التزام الدول بموجب الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان يذهب إلى أبعد من مجرد فرض جزاءات جنائية على الأفراد الذين ارتكبوا أفعالاً تتعارض مع المادة 3 من الاتفاقية المذكورة.

129. Article 21 of the said Convention stipulates a mechanism designed to amicably settle disputes between the State Parties relating to the fulfillment of the obligations under the Convention and serves as effective guarantee for implementation of the Convention by allowing disputes to be settled by the mediation of the Committee.
129- تتوخى المادة 21 من الاتفاقية المذكورة وضع آلية مصممة للتسوية الودية للمنازعات بين الدول الأطراف فيما يتعلق بالالتزامات بموجب الاتفاقية وتعمل كضمانة فعالة لتنفيذ الاتفاقية عن طريق إتاحة تسوية النزاعات عن طريق وساطة اللجنة.

110.79 Incorporate into the national legislation the definition of torture under the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and ensure that any statement made as a result of torture will not be used as evidence in any judicial proceeding in accordance with article 15 of the said Convention (Mexico);
110-79- تضمين القوانين الوطنية تعريفاً للتعذيب يتمشى مع تعريف اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، وضمان عدم استخدام أقوال انتُزِعت تحت التعذيب كدليل في أي إجراء قضائي وفقاً للمادة 15 من الاتفاقية المذكورة (المكسيك)؛

2. Demands that Israel accept the de jure applicability of the said Convention in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967, and that it comply scrupulously with the provisions of the Convention;
