واقتناعا منها بأن نتائج المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني لا بد أن تُترجمها الدول ومكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة وغيرها من الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة إلى إجراءات فعّالة،

1. Endorses the recommendations of the Second Ministerial Conference on Space Applications for Sustainable Development in Asia and the Pacific, held in New Delhi in November 1999;
1 - يقر توصيات المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المتعلق بالتطبيقات الفضائية لأغراض التنمية المستدامة في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، المعقود في نيودلهي في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1999؛

1. Endorses the recommendations of the Second Ministerial Conference on Space Applications for Sustainable Development in Asia and the Pacific, held in New Delhi in November 1999;

As follow up to the recommendations of the Second Ministerial Conference on Space Technology Applications for Sustainable Development, ESCAP plans to hold the following regional meetings:
274- ومتابعة لتوصيات المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بتطبيقات تكنولوجيا الفضاء لأغراض التنمية المستدامة، تعتزم الإسكاب عقد الاجتماعات الاقليمية التالية:

The Participants of the Second Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies held in Seoul from 10-12 November 2002 strongly denounce terrorism as a grave threat to democratic societies and the values they embrace.
1 - يندد المشاركون في المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني لتجمع الديمقراطيات، المعقود في سول خلال الفترة من 10 إلى 12 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002، تنديدا شديدا بالإرهاب باعتباره خطرا كبيرا على المجتمعات الديمقراطية والقيم التي تعتنقها هذه المجتمعات.

13. In its resolution 56/3, ESCAP adopted the recommendations of the Second Ministerial Conference on Space Applications for Sustainable Development in Asia and the Pacific, held in New Delhi in 1999.
13- اعتمدت اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ في قرارها 56/3 توصيات المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بالتطبيقات الفضائية لأغراض التنمية المستدامة في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، المعقود في نيودلهي، الهند عام 1999.

One speaker provided information on the outcome of the Second Ministerial Conference on Drug Trafficking Routes from Afghanistan, held in Moscow from 26 to 28 June 2006, as well as on the follow-up steps for the implementation of the outcome of the Conference.
وقدم أحد المتحدّثين معلومات عن نتائج المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بطرق تهريب المخدرات من أفغانستان، الذي عُقد في موسكو من 26 إلى 28 حزيران/يونيه 2006، كما قدم معلومات عن خطوات متابعة تنفيذ نتاج المؤتمر.

In that regard, support was expressed for the activities carried out by the regional coordination centre, and the practical results of the Second Ministerial Conference on Drug Trafficking Routes from Afghanistan, held in Moscow in June 2006, were welcomed.
وفي هذا الصدد، أعربوا عن تأييدهم للأنشطة التي قام بها مركز التنسيق الإقليمي وعن ترحيبهم بالنتائج العملية التي تمخض عنها المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بطرق تهريب المخدرات من أفغانستان الذي عقد في موسكو في حزيران/يونيه 2006.

I have the honour to enclose herewith the text of the Declaration adopted at the end of the Second Ministerial Conference on Drug Trafficking Routes from Afghanistan ( " Paris 2 - Moscow 1 " ), which took place in Moscow from 26 to 28 June 2006 (see annex).
يشرفني أن أحيل إليكم الإعلان الصادر عن المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بطرق تهريب المخدرات من أفغانستان (باريس 2 - موسكو 1)، الذي عقد في موسكو في الفترة من 26 إلى 28 حزيران/يونيه 2006 (انظر المرفق).

Reaffirming the Georgetown Consensus of the Second Ministerial Conference on Women, which recognized the need for accelerating the pace of implementation, while affirming the spirit of collaboration with non-governmental organizations and cooperation among intergovernmental agencies, and made recommendations to advance the process towards the attainment of gender equality, social justice and development,
وإذ نعيد تأكيد توافق آراء جورج تاون الذي اعتمده المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بالمرأة، والذي اعترف بالحاجة إلى تسريع وتيرة التنفيذ، مع إعادة تأكيد روح التعاضد مع المنظمات غير الحكومية والتعاون بين الوكالات الحكومية الدولية، ورفع توصيات بشأن دفع العمل على تحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين والعدالة الاجتماعية والتنمية إلى الأمام،

7. Welcomes the recommendations of the Second Ministerial Conference on Drug Trafficking Routes from Afghanistan, including those on strengthening cooperation between Afghanistan and neighbouring States, and on the need for a balanced approach, addressing both illicit drug supply and demand issues;
7 - يرحب بتوصيات المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بالطرق التي تسلكها تجارة المخدرات من أفغانستان(55)، بما فيها التوصيات بتعزيز التعاون بين أفغانستان والدول المجاورة لها وبالحاجة إلى اتباع نهج متوازن يعالج مسألتي عرض المخدرات غير المشروعة والطلب عليها على السواء؛

Recalling its resolution 50/1, in which it welcomed the outcome of the Second Ministerial Conference on Drug Trafficking Routes from Afghanistan, organized by the Government of the Russian Federation in cooperation with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and held in Moscow from 26 to 28 June 2006, in continuation of the Paris Pact initiative,
وإذ تستذكر قرارها 50/1 الذي رحّبت فيه بنتائج المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بطرق تهريب المخدرات من أفغانستان، الذي نظّمته حكومة الاتحاد الروسي بالتعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وعُقد في موسكو من 26 إلى 28 حزيران/ يونيه 2006،() مواصلةً لمبادرة ميثاق باريس،

In January 2007, UNODC initiated the continuation of the Paris Pact initiative emerging from the Paris Statement,b an outcome of the Second Ministerial Conference on Drug Trafficking Routes from Afghanistan, held in Moscow from 26 to 28 June 2006.
في كانون الثاني/يناير 2007 شرع المكتب في مواصلة تنفيذ مبادرة ميثاق باريس المنبثق عن إعلان باريس،(ب) الصادر عن المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني المعني بطرق تهريب المخدرات من أفغانستان الذي عقد في موسكو من 26 إلى 28 حزيران/يونيه 2006.

ESCAP will continue to follow up the recommendations of the Second Ministerial Conference on Space Applications for Sustainable Development in Asia and the Pacific, to implement the second phase of the Regional Space Applications Programme for Sustainable Development (RESAP II) and to serve the development priorities identified by the ESCAP Council (see A/AC.105/780, paras. 18 and 19).
10- كما إن الإسكاب سوف تواصل متابعة توصيات المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني بشأن التطبيقات الفضائية لأجل التنمية المستدامة في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، بغية تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من برنامج التطبيقــات الفضائيــة الإقليمــي لأجــل التنميــة المستدامــة ( " ريساب الثــانــي " RESAP II)، وخدمة الأولويات التنموية التي حددها مجلس الإسكــاب (انظـر A/AC.105/780، الفقرتيـن 18 و19).
