The present progress report of the Secretary-General of the International Seabed Authority on the status of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) is submitted to the Finance Committee in compliance with the request made at its sixteenth session in paragraph 21 of document ISBA/16/A/5-ISBA/C/8, as follows:
