Two of the letters, dated 18 June and 4 July 2001, are addressed to the Acting Special Representative of the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations in Cyprus, and the third one, dated 23 July 2001, is addressed to the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations.
وقد وجهت رسالتان منهما، مؤرختان 18 حزيران/يونيه و4 تموز/يوليه 2001، إلى الممثل الخاص بالوكالة للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في قبرص، أما الرسالة الثالثة المؤرخة 23 تموز/يوليه 2001 فموجهة إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.
