Some delegations expressed the view that the proposal by the Chair of the Working Group for the consolidation of the set of draft guidelines constituted an important step forward in the preparation of a draft set of guidelines for the Working Group.

12. The Working Group agreed that, on the basis of the structure contained in the non-paper, and taking into consideration the views expressed by delegations at the fourth meeting of the Working Group, the Chair would prepare a conference room paper containing a proposal for the consolidation of the set of draft guidelines, for consideration at the fifty-seventh session of the Committee.
١٢- واتَّفق الفريق العامل على أن يُعِدَّ الرئيس، استناداً إلى الهيكل الوارد في الورقة غير الرسمية ومع مراعاة الآراء التي أعربت عنها الوفود في جلسة الفريق العامل الرابعة، ورقة غرفة اجتماعات تتضمَّن مقترحاً لإدماج مجموعة مشاريع المبادئ التوجيهية، من أجل النظر فيها في الدورة السابعة والخمسين للجنة.

13. The Working Group noted that in preparing the proposal for the consolidation of the set of draft guidelines, the Chair would consult with the co-chairs of the four expert groups to ensure that the originally intended scope, application, substance and effect of the draft guidelines, as identified by the expert groups, was preserved.

136. His delegation took note of the approval on second reading of the topic " Expulsion of aliens " , and it welcomed the Commission's adoption on first reading of the set of draft articles on protection of persons in the event of disasters, a subject to which Peru attached great importance.

1. At its sixty-second session (2010), the International Law Commission completed the provisional adoption of the set of draft guidelines constituting the Guide to Practice on Reservations to Treaties.
1 - في دورتها الثانية والستين (2010)، أكملت لجنة القانون الدولي اعتماد مجموعة مشاريع المبادئ التوجيهية التي تشكل دليل الممارسة المتعلقة بالتحفظات على المعاهدات().

If the purpose of the set of draft articles dealing with prevention was to create a legal obligation on the part of States to prevent transboundary harm, it would be logical and appropriate to impose on States the legal obligation to take the measures necessary to ensure prompt and adequate compensation and to minimize the harm and loss which might result from incidents involving hazardous activities.

The Committee also noted that informal consultations had been held by the Chair with interested delegations during the current session, and that during those consultations, delegations had put forward proposals for amendments to the proposal by the Chair of the Working Group for the consolidation of the set of draft guidelines, and that some delegations had also put forward proposals for new guidelines.
179- ولاحظت اللجنة أيضاً أنَّ رئيس الفريق العامل قد عقد مشاورات غير رسمية مع الوفود المهتمة أثناء الدورة الحالية، وأن الوفود طرحت خلال تلك المشاورات مقترحات بشأن تعديل المقترح الذي قدَّمه الرئيس فيما يتعلق بإدماج مجموعة مشاريع المبادئ التوجيهية، وأن بعض الوفود طرحت أيضاً مقترحات بشأن إعداد مبادئ توجيهية جديدة.
