4- وتلاحظ اللجنة بارتياح الحوار المفتوح والصريح والبنّاء مع أعضاء وفد الدولة الطرف وتعرب عن شكرها لهم لما قدموه من معلومات إضافية إلى اللجنة عند عودتهم إلى العاصمة.

Moreover, while noting the assurances of the State party delegation that adequate safeguards are in place against collective expulsions of migrant workers, the Committee regrets that the State party did not provide any response regarding reports alleging several cases of collective expulsion of sub-Saharan migrants.
وبينما تلاحظ اللجنة التوكيدات التي قدمها وفد الدولة الطرف بأن هناك ضمانات كافية ضد عمليات الطرد الجماعي للعمال المهاجرين، فإنها تأسف لأن الدولة الطرف لم تقدم أي ردود فيما يتعلق بالتقارير التي تتضمن مزاعم تتعلق بعدة حالات من حالات الطرد الجماعي للمهاجرين من أفريقيا جنوبي الصحراء.

6. The Committee welcomes the commitment of the State party delegation to make public reports on the findings of the three visits since 2005 of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture to Azerbaijan.
6- وترحب اللجنة بالتزام وفد الدولة الطرف بتعميم التقارير المتعلقة بنتائج الزيارات الثلاث التي قامت بها اللجنة الأوروبية لمنع التعذيب إلى أذربيجان منذ عام 2005.
