In accordance with General Assembly resolution 3369 of the Thirtieth Session of 10 October 1975, the observer for the Organization of the Islamic Conference made a statement.

44. The Meeting recalled paragraph 126 of the Final Communiqué of the Thirtieth Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers, which supported the Tunisian initiative to declare an international year for sports and physical education for peace and development.
44 - وأشار الاجتماع إلى الفقرة 126 من البيان الختامي الصادر عن الدورة الثلاثين لمؤتمر وزراء خارجية البلدان الإسلامية، والتي دعمت مبادرة تونس لإعلان سنة دولية للرياضة والتربية البدنية من أجل السلام والتنمية.

15. The Meeting recalled that many resolutions issued by the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) pertain to rationalization, efficiency, effectiveness and the avoidance of duplication and overlapping of the work of the OIC, including Resolution No. 2/30-ORG of the Thirtieth Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers.
15 - وأشار الاجتماع إلى العديد من القرارات الصادرة عن مجلس وزراء الخارجية، والمتعلقة بترشيد عمل منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وفعاليته ونجاعته وتلافي الازدواجية والتداخل، بما في ذلك القرار رقم 2/30 - ت الصادر عن الدورة الثلاثين للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية.

The highlight of the Thirtieth Session of the Committee in 2004 was the adoption of the Voluntary Guidelines to Support the Progressive Realization of the Right to Adequate Food in the Context of National Food Security.
وكان الأبرز في الدورة الثلاثين للجنة الأمن الغذائي العالمي عام 2004 اعتماد الخطوط التوجيهية الطوعية لدعم الإعمال المطّرد للحق في غذاء كافٍ في سياق الأمن الغذائي الوطني.

The thematic priority of the Thirtieth Session would offer an opportunity for a systematic review of these international commitments, with national responses and working papers submitted by experts circulated in good time before the session.
وذكر أن الأولوية التي ستولى للموضوع في الدورة الثلاثين من شأنها أن توفر الفرصة لإجراء استعراض منتظم لهذه الالتزامات الدولية وأن الردود الوطنية وورقات العمل المقدمة من الخبراء سيجري تعميمها في الوقت المناسب قبل الدورة.

19. Mr. Rao (India) said that the highlight of the Thirtieth Session of UNCITRAL had been the adoption of the Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency.
١٩ - السيد راو )الهند(: رأى أن اعتماد القانون النموذجي بشأن اﻹعسار عبر الحدود كان أهم إنجاز تحقق في الدورة الثلاثين للجنة اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي.
