Noting that, according to article 7, paragraph (a), of the transitional arrangements annexed to resolution 1966 (2010), the Prosecutor of the Mechanism may also hold the office of Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda,
وإذ يلاحظ أنه، وفقا للفقرة (أ) من المادة 7 من الترتيبات الانتقالية المرفقة بالقرار 1966 (2010)، يجوز للمدعي العام للآلية أن يشغل أيضا منصب المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا،

The Tribunal is obligated to handle the trial, if any, pursuant to article 1 of the transitional arrangements annexed to Security Council resolution 1966 (2010) since the arrest was made prior to 1 July 2011.

10. In an arrangement that promotes efficiency and coordination, and consistent with article 7 of the transitional arrangements approved by the Security Council in annex 2 to its resolution 1966 (2010), President Meron, Prosecutor Jallow and Registrar Hocking are all currently serving in two capacities.

The IMF noted that it had continued to encourage the acceptance of the obligations of article VIII, sections 2, 3 and 4, of its Articles of Agreement by those members that continued to avail themselves of the transitional arrangements of article XIV. ١٥ - وأشار صندوق النقد الدولي الى أنه قد واصل تشجيع اﻷعضاء الذين استمروا في الاستفادة من الترتيبات الانتقالية للمادة الرابعة عشرة على قبول الالتزامات الواردة في المادة الثامنة، والبنود ٢ و ٣ و ٤ من مواد الاتفاق الخاص به. وفي الفترة ١٩٩٣ - ١٩٩٤، قبل ١٧ بلدا عضوا الالتزامات الواردة في المادة الثامنة، وبذلك أصبح العدد الاجمالي للبلدان التي قبلت الالتزامات الواردة في المادة السابعة ٩١ بلدا.

4.3 The State party dismisses as misleading the allegation that New Zealand citizens who had been residing in the State party but were temporarily absent at the time the amendments came into force, i.e. 26 February 2001, " lost their rights " , unlike New Zealand citizens who were present in the State party at that time and could avail themselves of the transitional arrangements in the legislative amendments.
4-3 وتعتبر الدولة الطرف أنه من قبيل التضليل الزعم بأن المواطنين النيوزيلنديين الذين أقاموا بها وغابوا عنها مؤقتاً عندما دخلت التعديلات حيز النفاذ، أي في 26 شباط/فبراير 2001، " فقدوا حقوقهم " ، على خلاف المواطنين النيوزيلنديين الذين كانوا موجودين وقتها في الدولة الطرف وأمكنهم الاستفادة من الترتيبات الانتقالية المنصوص عليها في التعديلات التشريعية.

39. Pursuant to article 4 of the transitional arrangements of the statute of the International Residual Mechanism (see Security Council resolution 1966 (2010), annex II), the Tribunal shall have competence over proceedings for contempt of court and false testimony for which the indictment is confirmed prior to 1 July 2012.
39 - وعملا بالمادة 4 من الترتيبات الانتقالية من النظام الأساسي للآلية الدولية لتصريف الأعمال المتبقية للمحكمتين الجنائيتين (انظر قرار مجلس الأمن 1966 (2010)، المرفق الثاني)، تختص المحكمة بالنظر في القضايا المتعلقة بانتهاك حرمة المحكمة وشهادة الزور التي تم فيها إقرار لائحة الاتهام قبل تاريخ 1 تموز/يوليه 2012.
