Taking note further of the final document of the Twelfth Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, held in New Delhi, India, in April 1997,

We draw attention to the final document of the Twelfth Ministerial Conference of the Movement Of Non-Aligned Countries, held in New Delhi, India, in April this year, which states:
ونسترعي الانتباه إلى الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر الوزاري الثاني عشر لحركة بلدان عدم الانحياز المعقود في نيودلهي في الهند في نيسان/أبريل من هذا العام التي جاء فيها ما يلي:

61. On 27 May 2005, the Ministers of the Rio Group, on the occasion of the Twelfth Ministerial Meeting of the Rio Group -- European Union, held in Luxembourg, issued a statement on the question of the Malvinas Islands.

Having heard the incisive and comprehensive statement of President Arafat earlier in the day at the special session on Palestine of the Twelfth Ministerial Conference and in the light of the forthright positions traditionally adopted by the Movement on this issue, including those in the final document of the New Delhi Conference, the Committee is of the opinion that:
وبعد الاستماع إلى البيان الدقيق والشامل الذي ألقاه الرئيس عرفات في بداية اليوم أثناء الجلسة الاستثنائية للمؤتمر الوزاري الثاني عشر بشأن فلسطين، وعلى ضوء المواقف الصريحة التي اعتادت أن تعتمدها الحركة بشأن هذه القضية، بما في ذلك تلك المواقف الواردة في الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر نيودلهي، ترى اللجنة ما يلي:

We, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defence and Security of the member States of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), meeting at N'Djamena (Chad), on 30 October 1999, on the occasion of the Twelfth Ministerial meeting of the United Nations Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa:

Zimbabwe’s position was vindicated, further enhanced and strengthened by the Declaration of the Twelfth Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, which was held in New Delhi in April this year, as well as by the Declaration of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) at their thirty-third ordinary session, held in Harare in June this year.
لقد ثبتت صحة موقف زمبابوي وازداد تعزيزا وقوة بفضل اﻹعلان الصادر عن المؤتمر الوزاري الثاني عشر لحركة بلدان عدم الانحياز، الذي عقد في مدينة نيودلهي في نيسان/أبريل من هذا العام، وكذلك بفضل إعلان مؤتمر رؤساء دول وحكومات منظمة الوحدة اﻷفريقية المجتمعين في دورتهم العادية الثالثة والثلاثين في هراري في حزيران/يونيه من هذا العام.
